Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Some thougts:

The deck is insanely consistent! Especially Fortress is doing wonders. It not only is able to clear Orcust Bricks out of your hand if you go first, it also makes it way easier to OTK - I feel like Babel Orcust needs to play atleast 1 Copy - more are debatable (LinkSlayer is also a card (; ).

The ability to play through established boards is also really good, due to LinkSlayer, CC, BoM and Chalice. If I had 2 LinkSlayer and 3 Chalice - I would play those instead of Trif and BoM, cause you need Chalice against Dweller, it's better against Orcust and will do fine against Rocket's and Speedroids. LinkSlayer is better against backrow and the go first ability is cool.

For the Skill I feel like Sealed Tombs is still the best - you just need to be a bit more careful, when to use it, if you new to Babel Orcust. Switcheroo and Three Effects! should be the next best. I just wanted level Yugi and to experament a bit...so Destiny Draw is here and there cool - and if you don't have Fortress and LinkSlayer, DrawSense Earth can be something (but without those 2, your deck is really less strong - get atleast Trif then).

The Orcust Ratios are pretty good. For the most time I was playing with 1 Gala and 2 Longirsu, just got my second Gala at Legend 4. So you can play it with 1, but then some lines, especially in the follow Up turn are really weird to play ngl.. xD The second Longirsu is pretty good, might be worth cutting Phoenix for it.

The Banlist in the DL Ranked Ladder is not out right now, so there are still Mermaid Orcust's around there. In the upcoming format, I feel like instead of CC, BoM will probably be better - due to the banlist limiting the ability of many good deck's, to play good backrow. Also here and there you need BoM or Chalice to play through some boards (Speedroids, Pendel, Synchron's). Still CC is of course really good against Babel Orcust. So far I was not able to play any tournaments, so if you have an other read of the next format or you expirienced already something else in tournaments - pls. let me know! :D
