Notes & Combos

As many others have said, the skill is broken, especially now with Rainbow and Armed Neos. I actually climbed up to Legend 4 with Dragonmaids.

I've never played HEROs before, so I dropped to Legend 3 with them at first. Then, everything went a lot better.

By the way, shoutout to Vryheid, I was using a list closer to 20 cards, with 2 Liquid, 2 Cross Keeper, and no Crow or Solid; I changed my list closer to theirs before doing my last 4 duels for KOG. Coincidentially, my extra deck already was exactly the same as theirs.

If you go first, you usually leave Armed Dragon Thunder, Super Poly and as many fusions and spells/traps you can on the field.

If you go second, try to disrupt the opponent's field as much as possible. One way is with Armed Dragon to destroy all their monsters and then Stratos to go for their spells/traps. Another way is Armed Neos, who also destroys all their monsters (but they need to have a level, I forgot this once against the Lyrilusc in the replay). You can also use Rainbow Neos for different situations, but, as Vryheid said, you need to be careful since it can be interrupted more easily. If you're against an opponent that leaves a monster with negates, like in Dragonmaids, Invoked or Predaplant, it's usually a better idea to use Super Poly at first.

However, since I know you're going to face a lot of other HERO players (as I did), keep in mind that usually the one who uses Super Poly first is the one that loses; try to use all your other resources first unless they leave you no other option (especially if they attempt to destroy it). That's the same reason why in this matchup you have to pressure your opponent to use it first, thanks to Stratos.

Cross Keeper is an awesome card, especially in combination with Liquid Soldier. One of the best combos in this deck is playing Stratos to get a Liquid Soldier, then sending Cross Keeper to the GY with the skill to play any Armed Dragon and fusion summoning Sunrise using Stratos with Liquid; with that you manage to add a Miracle Fusion and draw 4 cards (1 goes to the GY and the other to deck, so it's +2), just remember that Sunrise's effect should be the last one in the chain. Also, Necro Gardna saved me many times

PS: I forgot to add Kuriboh LV6, I noticed as I made this list. Also, I only got Titanocider because I wanted to get Armed Dragon Thunder in the Selection, you can change it for anything else, only came up once. Also, I could never get Emergency Call from the box. :(
