This deck is op when you have a good hand because you can see your opponent's hand for free and they made it very easy to steal monsters. This is probably the optimal build but you can swap it/relinquished fusion for a 3rd mst or mystic piper. Swap the tech cards for preference but backrow removal is mandatory.
The deck slaughters rogue decks and beats the entire tier list with a good enough hand and tech cards depending on the mu imo. The only reason the council hasn't tiered this deck is because its defense, outside of restrict, is nothing and its consistency isn't high enough to overlook that problem. When things work, you are near invincible and feels like you are cheating in the exact way pegasus did in the anime with his millennium eye. Best part is your opponent knows this too.
